Reporting a problem
Please include any of the following details you can:
- What you were trying to do and what happened
- When it happened, your iPhone model, and your iOS and app versions
- Any error message or a screenshot
Please do not send passwords or verification codes. Hide any personal information in screenshots before sharing them.
Common questions
I can’t import a recipe
Check that the original post is accessible and that any text in your photo is readable. Some posts cannot be imported because of their visibility or content. If you need help, send us the message you see and, if you’re comfortable sharing it, the post’s URL.
How do I stop my Pro subscription from renewing?
On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and select Tabete. See Apple’s cancellation instructions for details.
Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
How do I delete my account and data?
Choose Delete account on the account screen in the app. Shared recipes and photos remain in homes that still have other members. For details, see our Privacy Policy.
